Terms & Conditions

  • Hair must be submitted at least 3–4 days prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure adequate preparation time. Please ensure all hair extensions are completely dry upon dropoff.

    Same-day hair drop-offs will incur a £15 surcharge and must be communicated in advance.

    Failure to notify us of a same day dropoff may result in appointment cancellation, as sufficient preparation time cannot be guaranteed.

    If you are arriving outside of operating hours, please contact me directly to arrange an alternative.

    All hair must be clearly labelled with:

    • Full name

    • Appointment date & time

    • Contact number/email address

    Please place this information inside the package. Failure to provide these details may result in delays or appointment cancellation.

  • All bookings require a £20 non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.

    Appointments may be rescheduled using the same deposit, provided the new date falls within the same calendar month.

    Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in:

    • Loss of deposit

    • A charge of 50% of the remaining balance

    The remaining balance can be paid prior or on the day of your appointment.

  • A 15 minute grace period is permitted.

    • After 15 minutes: £10 late fee

    • After 20 minutes: appointment cancellation

    Late arrivals may also result in a reduced or adjusted service where necessary.

Cancellation Policy

  • We kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

    Failure to provide the required notice may result in a charge of 100% of the service fee.

    Your booking deposit is non-refundable, however it may be transferred to a new appointment date if rescheduled within the required notice period.

    All rescheduled appointments must take place within the same month or the following calendar month. After this time, a new deposit will be required.

  • Cornrows are not included within installation service and will incur an additional £5 fee.


    Please ensure this is selected at the time of booking to allow for correct time allocation.

  • Appointments scheduled before 10AM or after 7PM will incur an additional £25 fee.
