Appointments can be booked via our online system. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your slot.

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date within the same month.

A 15 minute grace period is permitted. Late arrivals beyond this may incur a fee or result in cancellation.

We accept a range of secure payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Klarna and Clearpay.
Deposits are paid online at the time of booking. Remaining balances must be paid as outlined in your booking confirmation.

Our units are available in Small, Medium and Large, with Medium being the standard fit for most.
Each unit is designed with internal adjustable straps and elastic bands, allowing you to customise the fit to suit your preference.
For the most accurate fit, we recommend measuring your head circumference and using the size guide below.
