Due to the hygienic nature of our products, all items are non-returnable once opened or worn.
We accept returns only where items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on any products where the seal has been broken.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve this promptly.
We will assess each case and offer a suitable resolution where appropriate, in line with your consumer rights.
